FAQ's
No refunds. All sales are final. May exchange within 7 days of receipt. All cost for shipping on exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.
No returns or exchanges will be made on any of the items you have received unless the error is made on our part. In the case that you receive any items that are damaged please email us as soon as possible with pictures showing the damages so a resolution can be made.
How will it take to receive my items?
If an item is in stock the order will ship within 2-5 business days. Items that are labeled as pre-orders ship within 2-6 weeks unless stated otherwise. Once an order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information for the package. If you need an item to be be rushed, please email us before placing the order to ensure we can get your order to you in time.
Tracking a package?
We will send a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package through the carriers website. Please ensure you or someone you trust is present to receive your package. We are not responsible for orders that show delivered. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST on Friday, on Saturday or Sunday will be processed next business day, excluding holidays.
Pre-Order Items
When ordering pre-order items please keep in mind that the availability may take 2-6 weeks. If you order pre-order items with "in-stock" items, we will not ship your order until the pre-order items are available. Please make separate orders if you would like to in stock items before your pre-orders are available.
Payment
The payment methods are credit card and PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
